This is a fantastic opportunity to start your IT Support caeer within 1st line Desktop and Service Desk and to progress up to a full 2nd line role in the future. The environment is fully Microsoft and is running on MS Office 365. You will be responsible for dealing with technical support requests from all internal users within the business.
Based on a service desk environment, you will also be required to provide desk side fixes and to work with and support the more senior staff on more complex fixes and project work.
You will possess outstanding customer service skills and have a passion for completing your work to a high standard and enjoy building internal relationships.
This is very much a progressive role and there is plenty of opportunity to progress in the future. Although the role is located in Crawley, there will be a requirement to visit the London office on occasions.
There is an opportunity to work from home one day a week which is normally towards the end of the week.
Knowledge of Active Directory is desirable
Knowledge of a Windows 8/10 environment
Relevant education in IT - degree or college course
Experience or knowledge of working within a MS Office 365 environment is desirable
Hardware trouble shooting
Experience of working to a ticketing system is desirable
Clear and concise communicator both verbally and written
Experience of working within an Azure environment is desirable
Support or knowledge of Apple Mac s is beneficial
Outstanding customer service and a friendly nature
A Team player and enjoy working collaboratively
