37 hours a week, full time

Fixed Term - 12 months with possibility of a permanent position becoming available

They re currently recruiting a Lettings and Property Management Officer to deliver a professional lettings and property management service to meet the needs of residential landlords, and to support tenants into private rented accommodation.

The Lettings and Property Management Officer will support in leading the operational delivery of the Private sector service and its functions including Lettings and Property Management, Residential Sales, Refugee Services and delivering GM wide housing projects.

As a Lettings and Property Management Officer you will support the daily operational activities of a busy and thriving Private Sector lettings and management service within the Group. You ll ensure it is delivered to a high standard, meeting legal requirements with efficient, effective, and agile working in order to respond to an ever-changing environment and the changing requirements of Private Sector landlords, tenants, stakeholders and funders. Further to this you ll help to meet services performance targets and compliance requirements.

Our clients ideal candidate will have:

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully support the delivery of an expanding residential lettings and property management service

Experience working in residential lettings and property management, would be ideal although this is not essential.

The ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities to meet targets and deliver successful and diverse projects.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, the ability to maintain accurate records and files, and excellent letter and report writing skills.

The ability to manage complaints or disputes quickly, efficiently, and sensitively.
