OTR Benefits Include:
-$3000 Sign-on Bonus
Starting Base Pay - $0.56/ mile
Per Diem - $0.09/ mile (not taxed)
Hazmat - $0.05/ mile
Safety Initiative/Quarter $0.03/mile
-Stop & Relay Pay - $25/ stop
-Skip Load Pay - $50/ skip load

OTR Driver Responsibilities:
-Safely transporting freight between various locations over long distances.
-Performing truck inspections before and after each trip to ensure that all mechanical systems are in good working order.
-Maintaining the company truck
-Promptly reporting any traffic violations, road accidents, and vehicle breakdowns to management.
-Notifying the dispatcher and customer of any delay that may affect scheduled delivery times.
-Assisting in the loading and unloading of freight into and off the company truck.
-Utilize driver's link to obtain pictures of all signed paperwork and freight at shippers and receivers locations for all loads.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Preferred Background TL/ LTL freight carrier
-2 years CDL driving experience

Some computer/ phone skills required
