Logistics Administrator, Temp-perm, Full time, Onsite, £24,000-£30,000 Your new companyThis company is a specialist in the service they provide, they operate out of the UK as well as some European sites also. Due to growth and movement within the business they are looking for someone to join their team as a logistics administrator. This is an exciting and rewarding position for the right candidate. Your new roleInitially this role will be temporary for 3 months and will act as a probationary period, there is possibility for straight permanent for the right candidate. This is a Monday-Friday role working 40 hours per week, this will be based onsite at their office in Willenhall. Some of the duties within this role will include;
- Inputting sales and purchase orders
- Prepare and coordinate shipping documents
- Customer Liaison
- Provide information about status of their orders
- Prepare and send purchase contracts
- General administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeedThis role will be a busy and varied role, you must be someone who can adapt and be flexible to workloads, someone who is self sufficient and has excellent organisational skills. Knowledge on Microsoft office packages is essential. Previous experience within a logistics role is desirable although not essential as they are happy to provide training for this.
