The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for demand and lead generation in our EMEA territory reporting to the VP Global Demand Generation. You will be responsible for executing the region-specific marketing plan based on the overall company marketing strategy to meet the regional pipeline and Total Contract Value (TCV) targets.

Responsibilities will include execution of:

  1. Execution of multi-channel campaigns and project management
  2. Event management and execution of logistics
  3. Execution of joint partner marketing events and campaigns.

You will work to execute on the demand generation goals for the region; work alongside the marketing operations and digital marketing team to execute and measure best-in-class inbound and outbound campaigns; and engage with local digital sales and sales reps to monitor the progress of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the VP Global Demand Generation to deliver on the execution of the regional marketing plan through campaigns including emails, webinars, events, content syndication and content marketing.
  • Work with marketing and partner sales team to understand regional partners and develop co-marketing initiatives that create and accelerate sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to align campaign project plans to ensure effective execution, on time and to budget.
  • Plan and manage the logistics to execute online and offline events on time and to budget, to attract new prospects and help accelerate existing pipeline.
  • Work through the digital marketing team to execute the digital components of multi-channel campaigns (social posts, website updates, landing pages) to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Work with Marketing Ops and Digital Sales Rep (DSR) team to monitor leads and conversion metrics, and continually optimize campaigns to meet pipeline goals.

Required Skills, Competencies, and Experiences:

Essential

  • 3-5 years experience and proven success in B2B marketing role with demonstrated ability to execute highly effective marketing programs within the technology/software sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end campaign management and event management.
  • Proven record of delivering leads and conversions from integrated campaigns.
  • Understanding of the partner channel and working directly with partner organizations and in-house partner teams to deliver programs that drive revenue.
  • Genuine desire to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders, with superior communications skills and team spirit.
  • Appetite to continually master the marketing craft and deliver best-in-class campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Flexible, positive and a self-starter with ongoing enthusiastic interest to learn new skills.

Desirable

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Great attention to detail and strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Intermediate, or higher, knowledge or Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Knowledge of a CRM system (preferably SFDC) and marketing automation system.
