If so, our client is looking for a creative and commercial Marketing Manager to help manage, create and implement new material for webinars and e-learning and to keep their offering at the forefront of the market.


  • To lead the e-learning/webinar client and prospect marketing campaigns.
  • To develop, implement and manage content (Videos, live e-learning).
  • Develop and implement specific "Freemium" content.
  • To increase our engagement with Prospects by developing and implementing specific content for Prospects.
  • To manage and improve our content to clients (managers and employees) and increase the take up by clients.
  • To ensure all training material is correctly endorsed and accredited.
  • To develop, manage and accurately report on the data on the e-learning platform
  • To liaise with other departments to be speakers, on material and support for e-learning and associated marketing campaigns.
  • To project manage individual e-learning assignments and multiple projects to specific timescales, working closely with key stakeholders across the business.
  • To drive the use of a variety of tools including graphics, video, animation and audio editing packages to create innovative digital content and deliver best in class e-learning.
  • To provide management reports, KPIS and intelligent analysis.
  • To transform ideas into learning content.
  • To increase client engagement and retention via the use of e-learning.
  • To keep abreast of the rest of the market, ensuring that we are using the best techniques, systems and content.
  • To identify and build relationships with key business stakeholders who can guide on the hot topics which will resonate with clients and prospects.
  • To attend education sessions delivered by key knowledge experts in the business which will initiate content ideas.
  • To consider where we can product place the e-learning offering in the client journey to get maximum engagement.
  • To regularly update service stakeholders on the e-learning programme developments so they can drive engagement in their client interactions.
  • To support the business with all marketing campaigns, client engagement and sales improvement relating to e-learning.

The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience of running successful demand generation campaigns in a B2B environment.

Ideally you ll also have experience promoting e-learning and webinars to existing customers and prospects.
