Job Summary
The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day stock and item replenishment activities of the hospital and departments. Activities will include store replenishment, picking goods, ordering, receipting and put away of goods in the Hospital environment.

- Processaccurate andtimelyinputofstock requisitions incompliancewithTrust standards and standing orders.
- Replenishmentroutinestoinclude stock maintained atagreedlevelsmonitorand reviewedtoreflectactivitypatterns.
- The placementof timelyandaccurate orders tomaintainagreedstocklevels.
- Checkandputawayproductsandhandle returnsbyanefficientoperationoffunctionand associated activity.
- Maintainaccurate recordsand filing system withupto dateand easilyaccessibleinformation.
- HousekeepingDuties tomaintaina clean, safe, andtidyworkenvironment.
- UsingInventory ManagementSoftwaretoassist inthegenerationofrequisition requestsatDispensePoints.
- Assistwith the replenishmentof physicalstockitems to agreedlevelsat DispensePoints.
- Assistwithreplenishment dutiesatstorelevel.
- Unpackandcheck stock itemsagainstordered and delivery notequantities.
- Putstock awayindesignated areas.
- Archive andfileelectronicand physicalcopiesofrequisitions,picking notes,anddeliverynotesasdirected.
- Scanning stock and cross referencing all information
- Tidyingandcollatingused cardboard and packagingtokeep work areasfreefromclutterand slip/trip/fallhazards
