£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus scheme

As a Lifestyle Manager, you will service some of the most important members of our client, including top entrepreneurs, leaders in the worlds of business, sport, and entertainment and some of our corporate client s ultimately important customers. You will be expected to grow and retain their loyalty by delivering World Class service to this extremely significant and expectant group of members, ensuring that every individual is able to truly live their life!

To do this, when assisting members, you will quickly and easily create connections, build strong relationships, and provide a seamless, tailored, valued and responsive experience every time. You will also take a lead role in continually improving how we match the wants and needs of both themselves and their family, role modelling your passion for service quality. Personally, you will have a strong desire both to consistently exceed your key performance indicators as well as for personal development, being determined to succeed and eager to take on the next challenge - or add the next set of skills to your already formidable arsenal.

You will be required to keep a keen and intimate understanding of our service offering and the expertise of your colleagues to succeed in matching potential member needs and offering a rich, world class service to members.

Key responsibilities

  • Personal Management and Development
  • To ensure you effectively manage your time and workload, providing World Class service within expected deadlines and exceeding key performance indicators
  • To have strong accountability for your own performance, keeping an awareness of your own strengths and building on opportunities for you to improve
  • To actively participate in meetings and team building activities, providing advice, technical expertise, training, and guidance for your colleagues

  • To deliver World Class customer service whilst meeting member needs, with the ability to self-challenge and collaborate effectively with colleagues on best practice

Skills and Qualifications

  • Have a 'can do, will do mindset, willing to get whatever is needed done and creatively solve problems, even when faced with ambiguity, uncertainty, and significant change
  • Have a deep sense of empathy and ability to connect and build trust with both colleagues and members
  • Have a high level of natural ownership can be proven in everything you do; it all counts to you - and you finish what you start
  • Be able to work within/handle pressure situations and possess strong resilience skills
  • Be passionate about VIP customer experience, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
