A secondary school in Northampton are looking for an experienced, lively and creative music teacher to join their team for long term cover. This position is full time starting in September 2022.

The Role:

Teaching Music across Key Stages 3 & 4
Marking and preparing students work whilst monitoring their progress
Planning creative lessons which stimulate and engage pupils
Working effectively in a team building relationships with colleagues and students

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching music in secondary schools and will have QTS or be an ECT. The ideal candidate will have a good sense of humour, enjoy teaching, and hope to inspire their students by instilling in them a life-long love of music. You would prepare and deliver music lessons whilst managing and monitoring student's behaviour. This role is ideal for experienced teachers who want to share their passion for music with children.
