Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for a new business checking manager to join an award-winning wealth management firm with national hubs across the UK.
Our client is one of the leading Wealth Management firms in the UK and offer a truly bespoke advice service to their HNW clients. They pride themselves on ensuring their team of qualified and experienced advisers are offering accurate and FCA approved advice.
The new business checking team act as a post-sale check and review all new business to ensure it matches the company s strict governance and compliance regulations. You will be managing a team of 5.
Duties as a new business checking manager include but are not limited to:

Conducting compliance checks

Workflow management of the team

Conducting appraisals and 1-to-1s

Developing the team

Skills and experience required:
