Position description
The NP/PA works collaboratively to improve the quality of patient care and facilitate favorable outcomes in neurological care. The NP/PA functions as a leader in the roles of care provider, educator, consultant, and researcher, and is an active participant in the collaborative practice framework.

Qualifications
Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner. Current Wisconsin RN license and certification as a FNP or ANP.

Or graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and licensure as a PA by the State of Wisconsin.

Must be eligible for DEA registration and billing privileges

Additional qualifications
APP experience preferred with demonstrated leadership ability and interpersonal effectiveness; will consider new graduates.

Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient needs and APP workload is strongly desired. Able to adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting and able to manage time and stress effectively is optimal.

72 hours per 2 week pay period, Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
No call required currently.
