An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Burton Latimer with 2 days a week based at head office in Peterborough.

You will join a small, friendly hard-working team.

Duties:

• Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries, taking messages• Production of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for clients• Data entry of electrical test results, and liaison with Electrical QS on completing test results• Drafting risk assessment and method statement in conjunction with Project Managers• Production of Site Health and Safety files• Keeping department reference documents up to date• Perform other administrative tasks as required, and cover for the Receptionist as required

• Previous office / administration experience• Organisational ability• Attention to detail• Effective spoken and written communication skills• Good IT Skills, working with MS Office• Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines• Ability to prioritise• Adaptable and helpful
