We are currently recruiting for an office administrator for a leading finance recruitment agency in Southampton.

They are looking for an ambitious and confident individual who has a can do attitude!

The responsibilities as an office administrator include:

  • Being the face point of contact for all queries
  • Managing the office diary
  • Administrative support to recruitment consultants
  • Liaising with clients and candidates
  • Coordinating office operations

To be successful within the role you will:

  • Be confident with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Be confident on the telephone and competent with replying to emails in a timely manner.
