Operations Administrator

Up to £25,000 DOE

Our client, who are a leading business in their field are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team. This is a new role due to the expansion of the business and an exciting time for someone to join the team.

The role will involve:

  • Send order confirmations and preshipment documents
  • Proactively action and chase external documentation
  • Arranging inspections and shipment of orders
  • Liaising with subcontractors and quote customers for installation
  • Ensuring handover and invoicing complete
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure delivery meets customers requirements and expectations
  • Raise quotations and issue invoices for works
  • Update data and price lists across our CRM systems
  • Chase and obtain all outstanding POs on a regular basis
  • Resolve or escalate issues from non-supply of POs

About you:

  • Self-motivated with a great work ethic and a positive can-do attitude
  • Effective communicator with good attention to detail
  • Ideally experience in project management or logistics
