Are you an experienced administrator looking to gain experience as a PA?

Are you highly organised and a confident communicator?

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to join a well-established company based in Leeds City Centre. This is a varied role which provides the opportunity for the successful candidate to gain valuable PA experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Proactive and possess ability to use initiative
  • Professional, friendly, polite, and approachable personality with a positive attitude.
  • A confident and clear communicator.
  • Ability to manage a small team of six.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience working within a professional office environment.
  • Good administration skills.

What the role will involve:

  • Proactive Diary management.
  • Ad hoc PA support to the Head of Department
  • Warm and professional face of the company for external guests and visiting staff.
  • Assisting the team with administration support.
  • Maintaining administration systems within the office.
  • Logging payments and issuing invoices.
