Part Time Finance Director Creative Agency London
The Company:
Harmonic are delighted to be recruiting for a well-established Creative Agency based in London. The working environment is very friendly and collaborative, the team are sociable and enjoy hanging out with each other.
They are looking for an experienced Finance Director who has a keen interest in both finance and the Creative industry. The company is 20 people strong and are embarking on a rapid trajectory of growth following the acquisition of more talent. The business has a t/o of £4mill and are looking to double in size over the next 2 years. Consequently they are looking for candidates who would do 3 days per week, and ideally two in the office.
The Role:
Producing monthly and year end reports as well as management accounts
Commercial support, strategic analysis and decision support to the CEO and board
Ensuring the business has a robust financial infrastructure
Managing the active pipeline for international entities
Managing the P&L and balance sheet
Managing a team of 2 direct reports
What we need to see (essential):
ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
Experience in the creative/entertainment/fast-moving sector
Proactive and good communication skills
Experience within Agencies ideal (strongly preferred)
Salary: £90.000 - £120,000
