PMO Analyst
London - Hybrid£45,000 - £50,000
PMO will be responsible for the entire Project management office operations (resource planning and allocation), Invoicing and financial reporting, program reporting etc.).
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in PMO related activities in the IT industry.
- Strong expertise in using PM Tools to keep track of multiple projects, resource allocations, timesheets, billing/invoicing.
- Experience to manage the program (multiple project - around resources that includes onsite and offshore)
- Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project.
- Skills in creating/maintaining project and program plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies (RAG status).
- Strong expertise in SOW and CO creation and coordinate the reviews between various teams like legal, pricing, delivery.
- Work with Resource and Talent Management group for external hire or internal mappings based on the project needs.
- Experience of Program and project level financial management
- Experience in escalation of impediments, manages risk, helps ensure value delivery, and helps drive relentless improvement Change Management success
- Experience in preparing status for executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and Power point.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication and experience in managing Sr. Stakeholder from client
- Tools - MPP, JIRA,
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
