Salary / Rate of pay: £19,000 to £24,000
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular business within a transport and logistics company and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Premier Account Coordinator to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing PODs (proof of deliveries) / proactive tracking
Resolving any misrouted or lost shipments
Completing daily/monthly reports
Dealing confidently with all incoming customer calls
Dealing with calls and enquiries quickly, courteously andefficiently always.
Completing customer bookings on our in-house systems
Resolving customer queries or directing them to therelevant department effectively
Liaising with agents and managers nationally andinternationally, ensuring clients are advised and updatedon the status of all consignments
Building client relationships with key accounts
Helping with distribution projects, where necessary
Confidently quoting clients and obtaining specialoptions/costs where necessary
Providing key customs information and understanding ofexport requirements and how to obtain these
