Our Client is currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the delivery of their HR SaaS application deliverables, managing a team of experienced Product Owners. The successful Product Manager will be seen as a subject matter expert within SDLC and be able to communicate and delegate amongst their teams.
Key Responsibilities of the Product Manager
- Help projecting and strategising based on market requirements
- To coach and mentor product owners ensuring best practices
- Contributing to backlog refinement and prioritisation
- Managing senior stakeholder relationships
Key Experience of the Product Manager
- Experience managing/leading of a team of Product Owners
- Working within an Agile release train
- Proven experience working with mobile applications
Desirable Experience of the Product Manager
- Experience delivering software solutions to NHS clients
- Knowledge of SaaS product within a HR environment
