This role will suit a Programme Manager who has experience of managing M&A integration projects, taking the lead across all functional areas from post-acquisition through to operational delivery. Brand new role, joining at an exciting stage of buy and build growth post PE Investment. Lead and manage the integration for newly acquired businesses (post acquisition). Four acquisitions made already in 2022, this is a pivotal hire which will shape the future. 33 days of holiday (including bank holidays). Core responsibilities will typically include: Support the due diligence process in identifying integration needs and synergy opportunities. Partner with business process teams across the business to develop and coordinate the execution of the integration programme for newly acquired businesses. Liaise with sellers and key stakeholders from acquired businesses to coordinate integration activities and facilitate change management. Establish an integration playbook and checklists for deployment on future acquisitions and ensure that this is maintained and updated based on lessons learned. Develop, track and report on acquisition KPIs and metrics to key stakeholders. Identify risks and issues that arise through the integration process, escalating as necessary, and develop plans to address and mitigate these issues. Develop and manage integration budgets and monitor expenditure on integration activities. Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Experience working on integration / business transformation projects Strong Programme / Project / Change Management experience Educated to Degree level or equivalent. Good business acumen, financial literacy, and familiarity with all main business processes. Good organisational, planning analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to independently manage project execution within a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate and quickly build effective working relationships internationally. Willingness to travel on occasions where necessary for business related matters
