About the Role for Reading & Literacy Teaching AssistantAs a Reading & Literacy Teaching Assistant at this school you will be moving throughout the school to assist with the reading groups, both in KS1 & KS2. This Reading & Literacy Teaching Assistant position involves benefitting from a bespoke CPD programme and exploring different ways to engage your students through the use of the extensive teaching resources available to you. You will be taking small groups out of the classroom to do guided reading with them and then reporting to both the teachers and the parents.
