Role overview:
In this exciting role you ll be greeting visitors and handling client requests as well as dealing with building checks, assisting with the post and couriers, and being a key part of the reception team.
The main purpose of the role is to meet and greet clients, answer incoming telephone calls in a polite and helpful manner, ensure meeting rooms are client-ready at all times and assist with general office administration. Additionally, you will be assisting with all travel bookings for the firm both regionally and internationally.
Receptionist - key requirements:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist ideally in a corporate environment
- Proactive approach and a positive attitude
- Fast worker
- Always willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service
- Loyal, reliable, and flexible
Receptionist - key responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors
- Assisting with viewings
- Handling building checks
- Dealing with suppliers
- Office management duties
- Organising travel on planes, trains and hotel accommodation
- Coordinate group event accommodation and travel bookings
