SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Receptionist for an excellent business based in Annesley.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is charismatic, confident as you are the face of the business, meeting and greeting employees and visitors.
- Answer and field all incoming calls & enquiries to the business
- Meet and greet all visitors to the business, record arrival using a digital system, issue passes and ensure all visitors are met and accompanied by their host
- Organise catering for visitors
- Process outgoing mail on a daily basis
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms' bookings
- Ensure that facilities are prepared and equipment is available for all meetings
- Raise purchase orders in line with company policy for IT procurement + other requirements
- Seek supplier's costs and commercial terms for low to medium value goods and services
- Work closely with our Facilities Provider to assist with building maintenance requirements
- Provide various administrative support to the business
Permanent role, Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm.
