As the first point of contact with our customers this role ensures the smooth running of our busy office. As well as a variety of administrative roles, day to day answering phone calls, taking card payments, ordering stationary, assisting accounts, there are opportunities for career development and progression to property management tasks including preparing agreements, maintaining safety records, liaising with contractors. This is a busy and varied position and with some out of office duties including property inspections and viewings.
Skills and Experience required to be successful in the role
Good administration skills
Some customer care experience preferrable
A Full Uk driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Good communication skills
Property Industry Experience not essential
