Receptionist Pudsey Up to £20,000My Client a well established Law Firm based in Pudsey are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join their team. The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support and would be ideal for someone looking to progress in a Legal Environment.Main Duties:- Receive incoming telephone calls and deal with queries or take messages as appropriate- Meeting and Greeting clients - Dealing with incoming and outgoing post- Archiving to include data entry and record keeping- Filing, photocopying- Liaising with clients and third parties by phone, post and email- Opening new files- Arrange meetings and travel for fee earners as required - Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system - File opening and closing in preparation for archiving Skills Required:- 5 GCSE's grade A-C (4-9) including English and Maths - Essential IT Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Prioritisation and organisational skills - Good communication skills, written and verbal - Ability to work to deadlines- Experience working in an office environmentIf you have administration/ customer service experience and are interested in this role, please apply ASAP!CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
