The role of Recruitment Consultant is unique in many ways and differs to most sales based positions. As a 360 recruiter you will not only sell a bespoke service, but then also deliver that service personally, with total accountability to your customers. The industry is fast paced, fiercely competitive and guaranteed to deliver many highs and lows along the way. The industry is also famous for high financial incentives and uncapped commission.
With the added benefit of having "warm desks" to offer, these positions will allow activity to be built quickly and without the added hurdle of endless amounts of cold calling. In addition, there are no regional or geographical boundaries, recruiters are free to service their customers nationally in order to develop lasting relationships and invite repeat business.
Applications are invited from locally based sales professionals (from within recruitment or outside) who can demonstrate a successful track record of winning business, delivering results and securing longevity in employment. Duties will include candidate generation, client management, business development, market mapping, advertising and social media, along with general sales duties as required. Basic IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (outlook, word, excel) is necessary in order to work both quickly and efficiently.
Interest is also encouraged from recent, or soon to be, business graduates with an interest in joining the recruitment industry. Full training and mentoring would be available for those looking to learn and develop the tools required to achieve high results.
