A Multi-Service, Long-Established Law firm are now looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join them and their Residential Property team in Hemel Hempstead.
The role is suitable for a Solicitor or Legal Executive, and the successful candidate will be somebody who is prepared to take responsibility and a leading role in business development. Although not essential, it will be helpful if the candidate has experience of Commercial Property work as well.
The role will involve training of other members of staff at their international offices.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career within a team of Residential Property specialists.
What You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years experience within Residential Property
- Extensive experience with the full spectrum of Residential Property transactions, with a flair of Commercial Property experience
- Ability to provide new ideas and have a proactive approach
- You will have a passion for business development, working actively to strengthen and develop new client relationships.
