Residential Property Conveyancer - West Yorkshire - to £40,000
Award winning legal organisation has a superb opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer with proven residential property experience. You will provide a high standard of legal advice to residential property clients, maintaining awareness of current legal matters and will be experienced in sales and purchases and it is expected that you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the field of residential property. You will be expected to work with other fee earners in the department and manage your caseload efficiently, cost effectively, following systems and standards laid down by the practice. You will deal with correspondence and paperwork as appropriate, achieve billing and time targets and render bills in a timely and commercial manner
