Our client is a leading Northwest Contractor who are looking for a Responsive Repairs Team Leader to join their team in the Merseyside area.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, this position is responsible for delivering a high-quality repairs service- providing value for money ensuring compliance with all legislation and regulations. This role will involve leading a team delivering responsive repairs across the local area.
This role will involve:
Managing a team of operatives and subcontractors
Act as the main point of contact for the customer in relation to repairs and maintenance
Develop and monitor performance, ensuring continual improvements in customer satisfaction
Effectively managing and motivating a team of 20+ operativesEssential Criteria:
Previous experience of managing and leading a repairs and maintenance team within social housing
Proven management and IT skills
Ability to prioritise workload and communicate effectively
A proven relationship builder and influencer with the senior management team and stakeholders.This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary/package and a great work life balance
