Role: Retentions Advisor
Days/Hours: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday 8am to 5pm
Hybrid role: 3 days office 2 days home

What you ll do
• You ll be a key player within our retention function, delivering on your targets and retaining as many customers as possible through empathetic and rapport rich conversations.
You ll provide inbound and outbound customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
You ll deal with a wide range of issues - from finding great Housekeepers for our customers to figuring out the problems which drive our customers to cancel.
No two problems are the same. So, you ll take full ownership of issues and will be empowered to fix every issue, first time, every time.
You ll also get involved in projects to help us build a bigger, better business. And you ll provide insights and feedback to help improve our processes, product, and technology.Who you are
Passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience.
Exceptional Written skills as the role is 90% in written form
2 years experience in a customer service environment
Incredibly organised and detail-oriented, with outstanding critical-thinking and creative problem solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive and high-energy attitude
Zendesk experience a bonus
