We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator £20-25k B78

Purpose of the role:
- To be an ambassador by displaying our Company values of Trust, Openness, Teamwork & Respect; to identify new business through existing, lapsed & new customers, new markets & growth areas to broaden our customer base that aligns with the Company strategy.
- Provide qualified leads/appointments for the field based regional sales team, produce/chase quotations and assist/convert to orders.
Accountabilities:
- Management of relationships with existing clients within a defined regional area
- Creating new opportunities with existing and new business & new products
- Ensure accurate data entered on all records allowing performance data reports
- Ensure new customers are delivering additional sales
- Selling of our product & services
- Protecting and enhancing profit margin

Responsibilities:
-Sales
- Network through new and existing customers to generate new opportunities in their supply chain
- Actively target potential RBC Customers through daily sales activities
- Conduct appropriate level of quality calls at decision maker level
- Identify new sales leads
- Network through existing accounts & Contacts to develop new business referrals
- Chase allocated quotes and convert to orders
- Continually support and communicate with colleagues both internally and externally

Operations
- Develop & maximise relationships with new & existing customers
- Answering queries about our products
- Develop growth focussing on both financial gain, sales & customer satisfaction
- Keep up to date knowledge on all our products

Systems
- SAP Business One is constantly maintained - Developing quotes & proposals
- Hotspot (CRM System) continually updated

People
- Develop strong relationships with regional sales team and surveyors
- Contribute in regular sales meetings ensuring constant development all sales opportunities
- Communicate customer feedback
- Maintaining customer relations
Additional:
- In order to deliver a seamless and continual service to our customers you will cover for your fellow colleagues RBC Coordinators when on annual leave or away from the business to provide administrative support for enquiries, surveys, quotations, orders, purchasing, planning site-based activities and invoicing, to ensure customers' expectations are met

Skills & experience:
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate and competent in MS Word & Excel
- Excellent written & Verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and show leadership in a fast-changing flexible environment
- Ability to prioritise activities and tasks effectively
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service
Desirable:
- Previous Door Industry Knowledge
- SAP system knowledge
