Sales Support Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Administrator to join a leading company base in Portadown.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent Position
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm (with a 1-hour lunch)
With a salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Purpose:
As Sales Support Administrator, you will be providing general assistance and support to the sales rep portfolio of customers based in NI, ROI and GB.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous administration experience within a similar role
- Demonstrable IT experience (with the use of email, MS office, ERP system)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow daily call schedule for customers next day deliveries
- Answer queries from customers in relation to products, pricing, deliveries, availability of product
- Liaise with customers in relation to product specs
- Inform rep of any issues relating to customer accounts, potential product lines that could be introduced
- Source potential new customers for rep to follow up
