Our Global IT client is currently looking for a Support Engineer to join their team providing outstanding frontline technical support for their customers and partners via phone, email or web.
From problem identification, troubleshooting to full resolution, you will own and manage the customer experience over the phone and Web. Engaging SMEs or Engineers, management etc when required.
You will have experience or significant technical knowledge within Network Security Engineering, or Consulting, and/or Systems Security Administration. Including experience with endpoint security, server security and threat analytics. You will have enterprise cloud experience with a major cloud provider and be confident supporting large complex geographically distributed environments.
Experience of Linus and/or Mac administration in an enterprise environment and automation in PowerShell and/or Python, Java, or a similar language will be a distinct advantage.
This role is a PAYE Hourly rate position, paying up to £45.20 per hour with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid annual leave, paid bank holidays, paid sick, pension and a notice period.
This is a fully remote role. The initial contract will run until 30th June 2023, extending to a maximum of 18 months.
