The school is looking for a Graduate who has obtained a 2.1 or higher grade in their degree. To be successful you will need to be a graduate who is passionate about starting a career in education with the ability to hit the ground running. Your role as an SEN Teaching Assistant will be to support pupils across the school helping them 1-1 inside the classroom as well as leading small groups of around 5 students with small group interventions.
