As a senior consultant you will sit within the Finance team. You will be working on a variety of projects including due diligence, financial modelling, transactional modelling, cost modelling, valuation, you get the picture.You need to use your existing knowledge and skills to deliver the varied projects for your clients. You will also engage in research and market insights analysis, publishing papers. You will get involved in creating business cases. In fact, if this isn't a commercial finance role then nothing is!The personIdeally you will have consultancy experience, whether at a similar company, top accountancy practice, management consultancy or even finance business partner experience. However, they are mostly looking for individuals who know a lot about the energy or utility market, have experience in due diligence and especially know their way around a good old piece of financial modelling.
