Service Desk Analyst - IMMEDIATE START
Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM £9.90p/h
Northern Ireland Temporary - 3 months
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company and a large team. No experience required as all training is given however having an interest in IT would be advantageous or a previous customer service background.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - ALL TRAINING PROVIDED
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Very high attention to details with high level of accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft offices packages
- Knowledge of windows server and desktops operating systems
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ensure all customer communication expectations are met
- Be first point of contact for the customer
- Maintain a high level of 1st time fix rates
- Logging incidents and service requests from customers received via telephone, email and customer portal and process accordingly
- Ensure customers are kept updated on progress of tickets
- Work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Update and share knowledge gained
