My client, based close to Thame, are looking for a Mini Crane Service Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
As Mini Crane Service Engineer you will:
Undertake maintenance, service and repair of mini cranes and lifting equipment
Provide knowledge and support in the event of plant failure.
Diagnose plant defects
Visit sites to repair plant/equipment defects.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Engineering experience
Be able to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
You will also have problem solving ability and be resourceful with high attention to detail.
This role could be suitable for an individual with a mechanical background in HGV Vehicles/Forklift Trucks, Plant Machinery or Access Platforms.
This role will be field based, but you will be placed on a six-month training program which will be a mix of workshop based work and some field work during this time.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8-5.30pm
Salary range is 35 - 40k.
Holiday allowance is 22 days plus bank holidays
