Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Bradford, are seeking a Site Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Site Manager will be working on a range of projects mainly in the commercial sector with values ranging from £50k - £1 million, including new-builds, refurbishments and fit-out works. The Site Manager will ideally be West Yorkshire based but happy to travel for projects. Initial site is based in Winsford.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working on commercial projects in a permanent role with a knowledge completing new-builds, refurbishments and fit-out works. The Site Manager will ideally be West Yorkshire based and happy to travel.

Site Manager Position Requirements
- Prior experience working on commercial projects
- Good tenure (no job hopping / too much freelance work)
- Full driving licence
- SMSTS / CSCS etc.
- Willing to travel for work
- Ideally West Yorkshire based
- Small- project experience (under £1 million)
