As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing/coordinating both internal and external major works projects. This will include site set up, resource management, procurement and monitoring quality. You will be required to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on.
Key responsibilities
- Ensuring that company policies and procedures are consistently applied to required standards
- Progress major works projects through to completion
- Carry out tender analysis on all projects
- Ensure all contractors have relevant insurance and H&S policies and documentation in place
- Carry out onsite inspections
- Arranging contractors to resolve repairs, maintenance and refurbishments
- Book critical safety inspections
- Liaise with Project managers and surveying teams regarding internal and external specifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing small and medium scale works of a similar nature. Site experience would also be beneficial in either residential of commercial environments
