Amazing opportunity for a Sous Chef has become available at this large visitor attraction on the edge of the Cotswold's in West Oxfordshire. The business sees vast amounts of footfall and their restaurant is set perfectly to give visitors an amazing dining experience as well as shopping. The menu is entirely fresh and features a variety of produce grown on their own allotments. With an artisan twist, you will also see local meat and lots of seasonal, vegetarian and vegan options. Simple, fresh, hearty and full of flavour is what they're all about! They also offer lighter bites and a variety of lovely sandwiches and pastries.
We are looking for a Sous Chef with a fresh food background that can really help drive the food offering forward along with the Head Chef. You will be responsible for a team of 8 and will have a lot of input on menus, staff development and general improvements to the department.
We are looking for a real 'foodie', someone that knows how to handle quality produce and can inspire others around them. The kitchen is large, very well laid out with all the equipment you need to hit the ground running!
