The Sales Training Team under the Business Transformation and Acceleration organization enables the productivity of our sales and go-to-market organizations through exceptional Onboarding, ongoing training, and communications.  We partner with groups across the company including Sales, Product, Operations, and Analytics to build critical Training that enables the business to move faster and be more productive. This team empowers DoorDash and Bbot teams to achieve the best results for our platform and grow revenues across our business lines.

About the Role

Bbot, powered by DoorDash is looking for a Senior Trainer to support the Onboarding, GTM, and Skill development of the Sales Organization.This role will be heavily involved in onboarding both in a remote (e-learning) capacity as well as in-person Onboarding going into 2022. During time not spent in onboarding, this individual will partner with other members of the Team to support the sales organization in Skill-based Training and GTM/Product and System based updates. Perfect for a high energy individual who is looking to have a significant impact on a scaling Sales Organization. 

You will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Training within the DoorDash Training team, with a heavy focus on the Bbot platform.

  • Design, deliver, and constantly update and improve on new hire and refresher trainings using LMS tools
  • Be the face of DoorDash for New Hires
  • Proactively identify gaps in training within the supported org and institute targeted interventions to drive increased efficiency and quality
  • Bring order to chaos to deliver meaningful content to your internal customers
  • Cross-skill teams to better enable org leaders to flex teams to handle spikes in demand or special projects
  • Leverage your knowledge of processes across the org to suggest improvements to processes and help managers implement them
  • Use strong communication skills and relationship-building in live, recorded, and online training materials
  • Develop a deep expertise in how DoorDash's processes, systems, and resources work 
  • Work in lock-step with other training leads to divide and conquer work

  • Bachelor degree required or relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3 - 7 years experience in Sales Training, Effectiveness, education or related domains
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain a high-level of professional maturity
  • SCORM/Strong LMS software background preferred

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $80,325 - $108,675, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
