Team Administrator / PA - Excel / Powerpoint - Liverpool

My financial services client requires an experienced Administrator / Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. This role supports the Operations Directors who have a team of 200+ staff based across several locations. This role is paying up to £26K.

Responsibilities include not only independently and proactively undertaking all aspects of admin work, but also designing and preparing presentations (including writing content), maintaining and proactively running annual processes, scheduling meetings and co-ordinating attendees to ensure meetings are effective and all deadlines are met.

  • Able to deal with a lot of 'moving parts
  • Very good MS Excel skills - including VLookups and Pivot tables
  • Must have experience of proactively arranging expenses, meeting packs and agendas without instruction. Must be able to anticipate forthcoming meeting changes/requirements and categorise urgency.
  • Must have experience of writing and producing documentation of a management standard and running projects/responsibilities independently.
  • Must be able to evidence experience of liaison with management in order to actively chase and close down actions, source documentation in advance of meetings and monitor adherence to policy.
