Are you an expert in Salesforce Service Cloud looking for an exciting team leader position?
This role is working with a large online retailer who is looking to better utilize the capabilities of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- You will be tasked with training the 3 salesforce administrators who are reporting to you.
- Helping to develop the functionality/features of Service Cloud
- BAU/ Maintenance of the system
- 700 users (External customers) on the system
- Experience of using community cloud and retail knowledge a bonus
- 1-2 days per week in the Accrington office with a salary up to £75k per annum.
