Support Administrator

Working for a local charity, your role will be a varied one which will involve;

Job Description:

Provide administrative support for people who contact the charity

Forwarding queries to colleagues who are best-placed to respond

Dealing with general enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate department

Assisting colleagues with decision-making about complex email and telephone enquiries

Helping to manage the Inbox for the general email address

Creating and sending out 'thank you letters for donations

Assisting with finding representatives to attend events

General office administration duties; filing, photocopying etc

Person Specification:

Must be educated to a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths

Good general IT skills including proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

Good communications skills - polite and professional

Good organisational skills - ability to manage own workload and work to strict deadlines

Attention to detail

A 'can do attitude - willingness to help with tasks

Works well and remains calm under pressure

Additional Information:

Based in Leatherhead

£18,000 - £20,800

Monday - Friday, (9am - 5pm with a paid 30 minute lunchbreak)
