Within this role you will be responsible for managing full logistical and administrative support. Providing basic training support within the training function. No direct involvement in conducting courses but may assist in support activities for example booking rooms, co-ordinating attendees, compiling materials.

Client Details

My client is a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, looking for a Training Administrator to join the team in Macclesfield.


The key responsibilities of this role will include; being responsible for managing full logistical and administrative support. You will participate in establishing an understanding of internal customers requirements to ensure that planned programme activities meet needs.

You will Design, develop, implements and maintain a detailed programme schedule which includes administrative tasks, allowing the team to track individual tasks and milestones. Whilst Co-ordinating with various parts of the business to collate programme nominations, confirming attendance on individual cohorts and manage reserve lists.

As part of this role you will also be required to manage all information / data pertinent to the running of global programmes and coordinates preparation of internal and external reports through gathering, analysing and summarising data and information from the team.

The successful candidate will have/be:

High school qualification
Proven Administrative experience
Ability to follow processes
Evidence of good, clear written and spoken communications and strong skills in written and verbal English language
Specialist knowledge in relation to administrative/business support activities in the relevant area
Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems
Experience of a variety of software/systems
Can create and maintain systems for efficiency for both self and others
Customer Service, stakeholder management and engagement at all levels in the organisation
Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Independent proactive worker with high attention to detail
Willingness to be creative, flexible and pick up a variety of tasks
Ability to deliver quality work at pace
Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent

Job Offer

6 month temporary contract + £17 per hour + Immediate start
