What will you be doing?

Responsible for the day to day running of operations with continuous improvements focused around VMR compliance, communications, customer focus and operational productivity
Nominated Transport Manager with overall responsibility for Fleet management and Operator Licence compliance
Responsible for the day to day running of operations with continuous improvements focused around VMR compliance, communications, customer focus and operational productivity
Manage the Haulage & Logistics Team service delivery on a daily basis, liaise with other Veolia business units to provide efficient work scheduling and planning to manage customer expectations
Manage operations against Veolia Minimum Requirements and Veolia Management System - carry out monthly VMR checks
Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the Haulage and Logistics Transport Operation
Ensure operational targets are achieved in respect of Risk & Assurance performance
Implement people management processes and procedures in line with company policy
Review all service, safety and environmental concerns - undertake event investigations when required, ensure these are recorded on AVA and reported to management

What are we looking for?

Previous experience gained in a similar role
Proven relationship building with stakeholders
Haulage and Logistics experience is essential
