A great opportunity has become available for permanent positions as Machine Operator on a weekend Shift. Working Fri/Sat/Sun (Apply online only) - 4 days off a week. This is a great salary for 3 days at £24,300.
We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to run and quality check products to a high standard, so use of Vernier s and Micrometres would be an advantage as quality is of high importance within this Manufacturing business.
Main purpose of the role:
Loading and unloading machinery.
Working with grinding machines.
Quality checking - Logging information.
Reading & Following engineering drawings.
Carry out routine maintenance on machinery.
Working to targets & deadlines.
CNC Machinery experience would be desirable but not essential.
Work within a high standard for H&S at all times.
Must have excellent attention to detail.
Good level of Maths.
