We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised Workplace Services Support Co-ordinator in Warrington.
The role is 40 hours per week, with nominal core hours of 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday) but in essence this is a flexible role within an agile team. It is a role for the inquisitive, energetic and ambitious. It involves ambiguity and complexity, fast paced decision making and risk.
The role can be enacted at a mixture of home, offices and client offices, and so will necessitate expensed travel from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of your actions and impact on the office environment
- To help embed safety together culture in all account processes
- To build positive relationships with key client stakeholders
- Progress the ongoing review of the Local Service Agreement to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Monitor operational progress versus contract KPIs, identifying and driving actions to recover
- Support commercial activities incl. Purchase Order management
- Order processing management
- Management of payroll process
- Support processes related to system usage such as Servicepoint, Time & Attendance, Servicetracetc
- Conduct process and product evaluation to continually improve our KPI and SLAs
- Support the production of management information reporting
- Manage the finances processes and budgets for the account and client
- Close liaison with helpdesk re. progress of jobs versus SLAs
- Data analysis - taking data on a topic (e.g. Health & Safety, PPMs, asset life-cycle) and creating actionable information
- Driving compliance - managing an audit calendar and overseeing the closing off of any actions to emerge
- Support the tracking of progress versus the business annual plan
- Support the management of sub-contractors

- IT literate with an excellent understanding PowerPoint/Word/Excel

Pay: £12.50 / hour
