Our client is the UK's biggest end-to-end commercial vehicle fleet management business managing and maintaining a fleet of over 90,000 vehicles across 81 locations.They have an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Administrator to join the team at their Stockton workshop on a part-time permanent basis.What we needThe part you will play in achieving our vision is to have excellent administration planning, customer support, compliance and VMU support.Using your expertise to work as a part of a team to keep customer record accurate, ensure the transport team have vehicle record compliance and the VMU have accurate and timely job card processing to maximise our performance.What you'll do Fulfil every job and all associated work in line with Company operating procedures. Keep the customer informed and work with the rest of the VMU team to deliver excellence. Complete all necessary checks and adhere to correct processes to ensure 100% job card and vehicle compliance. Create and maintain vehicle service planning to ensure legal compliance within the terms of the customers operators licence. Maintain a professional and presentable image of self, ensuring that company issued uniform is clean and is always worn. Collaborate with Transport operations, our customers, suppliers and other Rivus departments to maximise efficiency and continued smooth operations. Fully understand business targets, results, key performance indicators and role requirements Ensure vehicle files are maintained to the correct standard of the customer requirements Process purchase orders and ensure orders are processed with suppliers to ensure a quick supply and maintain the business reputation. Take responsibility for own personal safety and the safety of others. Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment and contribute to a safe and professional working environment by following Health & Safety procedures and identify and report hazards, accidents, or injuries.
